Booking an appointment

Treatments are by appointment only and can be scheduled by phone or email. By booking an appointment, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions and the privacy policy as published on this website.

Cancellation

• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance by phone or email.
• Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.
• If you arrive late, the lost time will be deducted from your treatment session. The fee remains unchanged.

Payment & fees

• Payment is due immediately after treatment by debit card or cash, unless otherwise agreed.
• Current fees are listed on the website and include VAT where applicable.

Health & responsibility

• Treatments at my practice are intended to support relaxation, recovery and the body’s natural self-healing capacity. They are not a substitute for regular medical care.
• If you have serious symptoms or concerns, please consult your GP or medical specialist.
• It is important that you inform me in advance about any medical conditions or circumstances that may affect treatment, such as pregnancy, medication use or existing health conditions.
• Treatment outcomes may vary from person to person. I cannot guarantee a specific result.
• The treatment plan and treatment approach will be discussed with you. Once you agree to the treatment plan, a treatment agreement is established.

Liability

• All treatments are carried out with due care and professionalism.
• Midi Acupunctuur cannot be held liable for damage or side effects resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.
• Midi Acupunctuur cannot be held liable for a treatment not achieving the intended result.
• Any liability is limited to the amount charged for the treatment in question.

Privacy

• Personal and medical information shared during treatment is handled confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties.
• I comply with the requirements of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Complaints

If you are not satisfied, please let me know so that we can work together towards a solution.

Exclusion from treatment

Midi Acupunctuur reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment, for example in cases where there are contraindications or where circumstances make this necessary.

Changes

These terms and conditions and the information on this website may be amended by Midi Acupunctuur at any time. The most up-to-date version will always be available on the website.
